Conceived and executed as both a tribute to the evolution of trolley transportation and the
many service men and women from the community who have so admirably served in the armed services,
this hand-painted mural depicts scenes from life along Lorain Avenue.
The mural was designed and painted by Native American artist Cliff Clay. The mural, painted without the use of scaffolding,
is three stories high and 80 feet in length. Several of the persons depicted
in the mural are actual persons who contributed to the growth of Lorain
Avenue.
