Located on the southwest corner of West 97th and Lorain Avenue, the two-story commercial
building features a full-height angled corner with a first story entrance facing the intersection.
The ground floor contains four storefronts with recessed doorways. The second story features
a stone cornice with an unadorned frieze-stone belt course. Both the front and side of the
building features three window bays on the second story.
In addition to the residential hotel on the second level, commercial tenants
have included a men's wear shop, a dry goods store, confectioner, and a shoe
store operated by Clarence Faflik.
