Erected in 1910, this two story commercial building features two storefronts on the ground
level with a single recessed entrance with two entry doors. On the second story, there is
a circular bay at the southeast corner of the building. There are three bay windows on the
east side of the building. Stone coping with a center parapet containing the name "Jacob
Glunz" highlights the building's Lorain Avenue façade. Entrances to the apartments units
on the second floor are at the west end of the Lorain Avenue side and on the West 99th Street
side.
The building was originally built to house a moving picture theatre (Boulevard Theater).
