This area was used by the trolleys to rotate the cars on the "wye" so they
could make the return route on Lorain Avenue.
Now a commemorative park created by Cudell Improvement, Inc. and the
Lorain/Denison Merchants' Association, a large, stylized trolley sculpture
stands amidst wrought iron fencing and landscaping. The sculpture is a
tribute to the transportation history of the Lorain Station Historic
District.
